Scott Hare, is committed to help you identify and reach your insurance goals. He will personally study the best products the insurance industry has to offer and tailor the perfect plan for you. Scott is active in a number of professional organizations including the IIAT, Trusted Choice, and a member of the Humble, now the Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce and Kingwood Chamber of Commerce. Scott treats every client with respect and integrity. Scott provides a new approach to insurance services with his background in accounting and financial analysis.
Scott has over 15 years of corporate business experience. His broad and diverse experience has led to obtaining various leadership positions in the accounting and finance field. Industries include: technology, software, consumer products, healthcare, mortgage default, and business outsourced solutions, consisting of public, private and venture capitalist owned entities.
Mr. Hare earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. He currently holds the following licenses:

Scott enjoys water skiing and spending time with his family.
Ron Rathke, has been an independent insurance agent in Texas since 1990 and prior to that held several leadership positions at Sentry Insurance, John Hancock and Met Life. His dedication is proven with over 35 years of helping clients make intelligent insurance decisions. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard. Mr. Rathke earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. He current holds the following licenses:

Ron enjoys his passion for photography, birding, and spending time with his five grandchildren.
Ron and Scott joined forces in 2009 to form Hare & Rathke Insurance Group, LLC. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients. Prior to the formation of the LLC in 2009, Ron Rathke owned and operated two successful independent insurance agencies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
